Boarding Terms & Conditions

All guests must complete our online booking form before your booking is confirmed. If you have not received your form please email bookings@doggycooldaycare.co.uk or call 01782 901230 and a member of the team will re-send you the link.

2.1. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog(s) if we believe that they are not suitable for our environment.

2.2. The safety and well-being of all dogs under our care are of paramount importance to us.

3.1. Our prices are per night and are subject to change. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for our current rates.

3.2. Check-in and check-out times are between 8 am and 11:30 AM or 12.30 and 16.00 PM. Specific drop-off and pick-up times must be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3.3. Cancellations or alterations to your booking must be made at least 14 days before your dog’s scheduled stay. A refund or rescheduling of dates may be offered in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4.1. All dogs must wear a collar with identification tags at all times.

4.2. Owners are advised to stay within sight and voice control of their dogs.

4.3. No food treats or toys that could cause aggression or harm are allowed in the Facility.

4.4. Gates must be securely closed upon entry and exit to prevent dogs from escaping.

5.1. All dogs must be in good health and have up-to-date vaccinations before their stay.

5.2. Proof of vaccination, including rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough), must be provided upon request.

6.1. If your dog requires medication or has special dietary or care needs, please inform us during the booking process. Additional charges may apply for specialised care.

7.1. You are required to provide your dog’s food for the duration of their stay, clearly labelled with their name and feeding instructions.

7.2. You may bring a limited number of personal items for your dog, such as a blanket or toy, but we cannot guarantee their return in the same condition.

8.1. In case of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. However, we reserve the right to seek immediate veterinary care for your dog if necessary. All associated costs will be your responsibility.

Disclaimer: I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Terms and Conditions for using the Doggy Cool Daycare & Exercise Fields. I understand that using the Facility involves certain risks and I agree to take full responsibility for my dog’s behaviour and actions. I release Doggy Cool Daycare from any liability for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur while using the Facility.
