Exercise Field FAQ's

Do you accept XL Bully Type dogs?
Yes! All breeds are welcome to use our fields. Any breed affected by the BSL would need to be acting in accordance with government guidelines. Please read our policy for owners of Banned Breeds on our website for further details.
Are the fields totally secure, even for small breeds?
We have checked the fencing ourselves to ensure that there are no gaps that even a small dog could get through and have found it to be totally secure. However, for your own peace of mind, please do your own risk assessment prior to letting your dog off the lead.
How high is the fence?
The fencing is 1.8m (around 6 feet) high all the way around, no dog that we are aware of has managed to jump that high!
How many dogs can I bring?
The booking covers up to 3 dogs, however you’re welcome to add-on additional dogs for £1 each at checkout. We would advise only bringing as many dogs as you can safely keep under control and monitor. As a guide, we find 6 dogs to be enough for 1 person to manage.
How do I book a slot?
The quickest and easiest way of seeing availability and booking a slot is directly via the website, it just takes a few minutes to create an account then about 1 minute to book!
I’ve booked a field but I need to cancel, what should I do?
There is an option to cancel the appointment if you log back into your account on the website. Please be aware that you will not automatically be issued a refund. We generally don’t refund cancelled bookings, but if you message us and give us some notice, we may be able to move your appointment to another day or time, depending on availability.

Most weekends you will be able to hire the indoor space as well as evenings after 6:30pm. During normal office hours, the indoor space is used to house our dogs attending daycare!

No, the fields are for your sole use when you hire them. You are of course welcome to meet friends or bring other dogs with you, but there won’t be any strangers dogs in the fields.
Are there other dogs on site?
More than likely! All of our sites are busy and there may well be other dogs around the area on lead. We ask everyone to be as respectful as possible and give each other time and space, but you may still see other dogs in the area.
What’s in the field?
Depending which field you book, will depend on what’s inside. Generally speaking, though, all of the fields have toys, water bowls, bins, seating and some shelter. Some of the fields also have some pieces of climbing and / or agility equipment for the dogs to play on. If you require something specific, please ask as we may be able to help!

Can you see other dogs from inside the field?
You will more than likely be able to see other dogs around the site, there could be other field users coming and going and you will be able to see them through the fence. If your dog is particularly reactive to seeing other dogs, we would advise using a training line and keeping them at the far side of the field to minimise any distress to your dog and others.
Can I bring my own toys?
Absolutely, please do! We just ask that you take them away with you when you leave.
